US Supreme Court Could Soon Allow Police To Monitor the Movements of Smartphone Users Without a Warrant

Smartphones are great. They do a bunch of stuff like browsing the web, managing bank accounts and throwing angry birds at things. They can also do another thing that is not so cool: Constantly monitor your movements at any given time. Sure, location services can still be turned off on smartphones but most people don’t bother because, for one, they want to be able to find their expensive phone if they ever lose it.

Lawmakers are currently taking advantage of these powerful devices along with a general “relaxed” attitude towards privacy by creating extremely intrusive laws. The US Supreme Court could soon allow police to monitor the movements of US mobile phone users without a warrant. Some might say “Nothing to hide, nothing to fear”. Yes…that’s what they said when dictatorial police states where instated in the 20th century. What these people also forget is that those kinds of laws go against the 4th Amendment. But the US Constitution does not seem to get the respect it deserves these days… article continues here.

 

Malls To Track Shoppers Cell Phones On Black Friday

Throwing oneself in a pool of frenzied people and fighting to purchase consumer products that have been slightly discounted: is there a better way to begin the holiday season? Well this year, malls will monitor and analyze that frenzy as they will track customer’s as they go from store to store using their cell phone signals. Is there an option to opt out? I’ll just add that recently in the city of Brisbane where I live a game is being advertised on street boards called “Call of Duty”. Apparently part of a series about WW3. More about the game here.

I say again that don’t want to scare anyone, though I agree with the writer, that we need to be awake and aware of the programming of our minds going on now.

The top Bishops are saying “They didn’t know.”  But it is uncovered they did know, because many told them in 2008 and they ignored it.”

And we are going to protest and protest and protest til’ we get it

I ‘purposely’ wrote a couple of articles about organised protests last month. The G20 Protests and the Thailand protests were probably the most reported demonstrations on a global scale.

I sometimes think I’d be far better off playing lovvies on facebook but I also created an article about May Day in 2007 to explain why the masses are allowed to take part in an annual march of symbolic protest on May Day in spring in the East and Labour Day in autumn in the West. (Sun cycle).

There were violent protests throughout the May Day festive season throughout Europe and the rest of the world too.

So it comes to no surprise to me that we are seeing many other protests spring up at this time of the year too. Let’s have a look at a couple of examples that have happened in very recent days. There is the one in Spain and the one in Romania that have hit the headlines (Minds of the masses) in mainstream media. You will see in the first report that more demonstrations are being organised by European Trade Confederation (ETUC) which is just another arm of the Serpent Cult (But psst don’t tell the demonstrators they won’t believe you!)…

Spanish protesters demand protection for jobless

Dressed in funeral black to mourn the estimated four million jobless in Spain, demonstrators had a simple message for the government: Enough corporate bailouts; it’s time to focus on the workers. The Madrid demonstration, organized by the European Trade Confederation (ETUC) was the opening shot in a flurry of activity expected in the next few days. With European unemployment rates at staggering levels, protests are planned in the coming days in Berlin, Germany; Prague, Czech Republic; Luxembourg; Bucharest, Romania and Birmingham, England.

Thousands of Romanian workers rally in pay protest

BUCHAREST (Reuters) – Thousands of Romania’s workers and civil servants rallied in Bucharest on Thursday, demanding higher wages and secure jobs, in a demonstration of growing discontent with the government’s anti-crisis response.”We want jobs,” read a banner carried by white-dressed unionists blowing whistles and shouting “Thieves, thieves”.

….I have known for many years that these events are being ‘engineered’ and the protests are being ‘made to order’ throughout the globe and it is obvious to me that several arms of the Serpent Cult, including workers organisations and coincidental expose’ of corrupt politicians to fan the flames, will be in operation throughout the summer to create more demands from the masses who will then congregate at symbolic locations and carry out the physical, symbolic and spiritual requirements demanded by the Serpent Cult. Once the Serpent Cult’s demands are satisfied it will allow deceptive force that rules this world to start to enforce centralised government on to the human race. The sad thing is that the human race will have demanded it to be so.

I have also known for many years that, obviously, with the human race believing that they take part in protests to change the world and to demonstrate their rights it’s a very difficult thing to prove or at least convince a few people that they are being duped and they are actually praising the deceptive force that enslaves them to actually enslave them even more when they protest for something to be done. The masses have been programmed to believe protests actually work they cannot see that the protests are actually part of the scam. I’ve said before that we can protest on masse and literally murder the governments if we so desire, it’s not hard to do if we all join in, but who will replace the government? Another government?

On a five-sense level it just appears that the economic situation is creating a spot of bother for the peasants and the said peasants are protesting and with good reason. OK fair enough if this is true then all we need to do is kick out the incompetent politicians and put in some more eh?

But haven’t we been doing this all along? Haven’t we been victim of this scam since day one? It should be obvious to anyone with more that one brain cell that these governments do not have any say in matters. Politicians are told what to do and they can be made to look angels one minute and devils the next by the force that controls them. That’s why we now currently see politicians as a corrupt devil type figures. It’s simply because the force that controls the politicians wants you to see them in the light people now see them in. They are seen as totally incompetent expense fiddling corrupt morons that simply don’t care whether we starve or die. The Solution? We simply replace these devil faces of incompetence with angel faces of competence don’t we? But were not these devil faces once angel faces too?

So let’s move on to a spiritual level and try to see what is going on. Obviously I have explained in my articles on G20 and Thailand as to the temples the demonstrators are led to when required.

So let’s just suppose for a minute that the masses that turn up on demonstrations actually represent the human race. Let’s suppose for a minute they are our delegates, they are the official spokespeople for the masses so to speak, and as mentioned in my articles, ‘they are literally challenging the PTB over their right to rule and demanding action at the same time and are doing so on behalf on the human race.

If that scenario was true what are the protestors, our spiritual representatives, actually demanding from the PTB?

We are all pawns in a scam to give energy and the right to rule us to a force that is not even human in a world of humans

They are literally demanding more security from the PTB and they are demanding it outside the official buildings of the PTB or at a major monument of the powers that be. Again you will have to read my previous demonstration articles to understand this more easily.

In my opinion ladies and gentlemen at this very moment on planet Earth the human race is actually starting to pray for a global physical and spiritual prison. The masses are literally approaching the PTB in their 5 sense official buildings on a five-sense level and demanding physical action takes place to create more 5 sense security.

Therefore on a spiritual level the request is exactly the same. But we are approaching symbolic spiritual structures (Official buildings built as temples or occult monuments) and we are also demanding spiritual security from the PTB too.

On a five-sense level we are demanding that the human agents in the Serpent Cult control our five senses but at the same time we are demanding that multi –dimensional entities also control our spirit. We can’t have one without the other simply because they are operating inside the same temples. We are literally demanding and praying for our enslavement. That is the size of the scam.

When we protest to the PTB to take action. We are actually demanding enslavement. I hear of the term ‘peaceful protest’ but a protest is a protest and a protest is a demand, a challenge to the PTB to prove their power over you not for you to prove your power over them.

Sometimes the worker in me comes out and I want to go and kick ass or burn the Houses of Parliament down and show the authorities that I’m sick of them taking the piss but I have realised we are only taking the piss out of ourselves. It is a vital necessity to the Serpent Cult that you challenge their right to rule to enable them to carry on ruling and increase the power of their rule.

Many people think heavy drinking causes promiscuity, violence and anti-social behaviour. That’s not necessarily true, argues Kate Fox.

I am a social anthropologist, but what I do is not the traditional intrepid sort of anthropology where you go and study strange tribes in places with mud huts and monsoons and malaria.

I really don’t see why anthropologists feel they have to travel to unpronounceable corners of the world in order to study strange tribal cultures with bizarre beliefs and mysterious customs, when in fact the weirdest and most puzzling tribe of all is right here on our doorstep. I am of course talking about my own native culture – the British.

And if you want examples of bizarre beliefs and weird customs, you need look no further than our attitude to drinking and our drinking habits. Pick up any newspaper and you will read that we are a nation of loutish binge-drinkers – that we drink too much, too young, too fast – and that it makes us violent, promiscuous, anti-social and generally obnoxious.

Clearly, we Brits do have a bit of a problem with alcohol, but why?

The problem is that we Brits believe that alcohol has magical powers – that it causes us to shed our inhibitions and become aggressive, promiscuous, disorderly and even violent.

But we are wrong.

In high doses, alcohol impairs our reaction times, muscle control, co-ordination, short-term memory, perceptual field, cognitive abilities and ability to speak clearly. But it does not cause us selectively to break specific social rules. It does not cause us to say, “Oi, what you lookin’ at?” and start punching each other. Nor does it cause us to say, “Hey babe, fancy a shag?” and start groping each other.

The effects of alcohol on behaviour are determined by cultural rules and norms, not by the chemical actions of ethanol.

There is enormous cross-cultural variation in the way people behave when they drink alcohol. There are some societies (such as the UK, the US, Australia and parts of Scandinavia) that anthropologists call “ambivalent” drinking-cultures, where drinking is associated with disinhibition, aggression, promiscuity, violence and anti-social behaviour.

There are other societies (such as Latin and Mediterranean cultures in particular, but in fact the vast majority of cultures), where drinking is not associated with these undesirable behaviours – cultures where alcohol is just a morally neutral, normal, integral part of ordinary, everyday life – about on a par with, say, coffee or tea. These are known as “integrated” drinking cultures.

This variation cannot be attributed to different levels of consumption – most integrated drinking cultures have significantly higher per-capita alcohol consumption than the ambivalent drinking cultures.

Instead the variation is clearly related to different cultural beliefs about alcohol, different expectations about the effects of alcohol, and different social rules about drunken comportment.

In the UK, heavy drinking is associated with a range of stereotypes

This basic fact has been proved time and again, not just in qualitative cross-cultural research, but also in carefully controlled scientific experiments – double-blind, placebos and all. To put it very simply, the experiments show that when people think they are drinking alcohol, they behave according to their cultural beliefs about the behavioural effects of alcohol.

The British and other ambivalent drinking cultures believe that alcohol is a disinhibitor, and specifically that it makes people amorous or aggressive, so when in these experiments we are given what we think are alcoholic drinks – but are in fact non-alcoholic “placebos” – we shed our inhibitions.

We become more outspoken, more physically demonstrative, more flirtatious, and, given enough provocation, some (young males in particular) become aggressive. Quite specifically, those who most strongly believe that alcohol causes aggression are the most likely to become aggressive when they think that they have consumed alcohol.

Our beliefs about the effects of alcohol act as self-fulfilling prophecies – if you firmly believe and expect that booze will make you aggressive, then it will do exactly that. In fact, you will be able to get roaring drunk on a non-alcoholic placebo.

And our erroneous beliefs provide the perfect excuse for anti-social behaviour. If alcohol “causes” bad behaviour, then you are not responsible for your bad behaviour. You can blame the booze – “it was the drink talking”, “I was not myself” and so on.

But it is possible to change our drinking culture. Cultural shifts happen all the time, and there is extensive evidence (again from carefully controlled experiments, conducted in natural settings such as bars and nightclubs) to show that it doesn’t take much to effect dramatic changes in how people behave when they drink.

These experiments show that even when people are very drunk, if they are given an incentive (either financial reward or even just social approval) they are perfectly capable of remaining in complete control of their behaviour – of behaving as though they were totally sober.

To achieve these changes, we need a complete and radical re-think of the aims and messages of all alcohol-education campaigns. So far, these efforts have perpetuated or even exacerbated the problem, because almost all of them simply reinforce our beliefs about the magical disinhibiting powers of alcohol.

The drinkaware website, for example, warns young people that a mere three pints of beer (ie a perfectly normal evening out) “can lead to anti-social, aggressive and violent behaviour”, that “you might start saying things you don’t mean and behaving out of character”, that alcohol is implicated in a high percentage of sexual offences and street crimes, and that the morning after “you may wonder what you did the night before”.

I would like to see a complete change of focus, with all alcohol-education and awareness campaigns designed specifically to challenge these beliefs – to get across the message that a) alcohol does not cause disinhibition (aggressive, sexual or otherwise) and that b) even when you are drunk, you are in control of and have total responsibility for your actions and behaviour.

Alcohol education will have achieved its ultimate goal not when young people in this country are afraid of alcohol and avoid it because it is toxic and dangerous, but when they are frankly just a little bit bored by it, when they don’t need to be told not to binge-drink vodka shots, any more than they now need to be told not to swig down 15 double espressos in quick succession.

Even the silliest teenagers would not dream of doing that. And not because they have been educated about the dangers of a caffeine overdose – although there undoubtedly are such dangers – but because it would just be daft, what would be the point?

What we should be aiming for is a culture where you don’t need alcohol-education programmes, any more than we now need coffee or tea education programmes.

If I were given total power, I could very easily engineer a nation in which coffee would become a huge social problem – a nation in which young people would binge-drink coffee every Friday and Saturday night and then rampage around town centres being anti-social, getting into fights and having unprotected sex in random one-night stands.

There are cultures where drinking is not associated with violence

I would restrict access to coffee, thus immediately giving it highly desirable forbidden-fruit status. Then I would issue lots of dire warnings about the dangerously disinhibiting effects of coffee.

I would make sure everyone knew that even a mere three cups (six “units”) of coffee “can lead to anti-social, aggressive and violent behaviour”, and sexual promiscuity, thus instantly giving young people a powerful motive to binge-drink double espressos, and a perfect excuse to behave very badly after doing so.

I could legitimately base many of my scary coffee-awareness warnings on the known effects of caffeine, and I could easily make these sound like a recipe for disaster, or at least for disinhibition and public disorder.

It would not take long for my dire warnings to create the beliefs and expectations that would make them self-fulfilling prophecies. This may sound like a science fiction story, but it is precisely what our misguided alcohol-education programmes have done.

Over the past few decades the government, the drinks industry and schools have done exactly the opposite of what they should do to tackle our dysfunctional drinking. I remain perhaps stupidly optimistic that eventually they will find the courage to turn things around and start heading in the right direction.

This article appeared in the daily mail a couple of days ago. I don’t believe it’s really trying to protect people, rather stiring up people’s emotions towards these programs as you can see from the comments. But it brings up some good points about how people, particularly children are abused to make television shows for brainwashed and drowsy people to enjoy.

It’s sad that people will put themselves through this sort of thing and that many will watch it for entainment or sport. Though if nobody on earth watched this crap then it would never be made. I wonder if they will allow my comment this time. Perhaps asking people to turn off their tv’s or at least change the channel is too inflamatory for mainstream media promoters.

I wanted to know why they would be considered for the meeting and went to the page about Electrolux, and it became clear that there is a good reason why. As Electrolux have either merged with or acquired a large number of home appliance companies worldwide., and apparently this list is not complete.

It really astounds me as to how much of the stake they now hold, second only to Whirlpool, and once again we have seen products we have come to depend upon swept into the hands a few major players, happen right under our noses. Smaller players, for reasons I don’t know of, have sold out to this big Swedish based company.

No wonder they were invited in, as they are playing a role in making sure that the big players own and control the things that have become essential to our way of life. Working toward the goal of controlling us by making us completely dependent on them, as well as satisfying their own desires for greed and power.

We see a similar story with Unilever’s food, cleaning and cosmetic products.

On one hand it is heartening to see so many people coming together to speak out about injustice, but we know things like this are set up for our emotions to be heightened so that our emotional energy can be taken from us and used against us, and in this case the intention was to increase our fear about our freedom and life being taken from us at the whim of a corrupt justice system.

As I see the main message we are being given here is that even though so many people, including highly influential people, spoke out in various ways, including over 1 million petition signatures, and over 300 rallies were held around the world, and however many other things have been done to try to clear the doubts concerning his guilt during the last 20 years, and still they went ahead and did it. All of the back and forwards, stopping and starting, stays of execution and delays and so-forth happened while the thought in people’s minds was “this is not a solid case, yet they are still doing this when there is room for doubt!” This is not fully proven and they are likely to be murdering an innocent man.” I’ve just noticed that the BBC has made an announcement about the lack of effect that social media had on the event and how this may be jarring people’s perceptions of it’s power.

I can imagine how this type of thing would affect people using social media who have been led to believe that they are doing something useful while in reality they spend a great deal of time distracted and remain asleep. So nothing really changes as people are still not seeing the truth about the system they serve and they are still a victim to it, regardless of how many rally together on facebook, twitter or other places, unless the system is being exposed for what it is, people will remain stuck in it.

Getting back to the intervention of influential and famous people, we were reminded that the the Pope attempted to intervene, along with ex-president Jimmy Carter, former FBI Director William Session, socialites and music celebrities. It does make you wonder if these people are feeling the pangs of conscience, but in any case their participation seriously helped to beat up the story. And in spite of  them being such influential people their intervention didn’t do a blind bit of good, except appearing to prolong his life in jail. Or at least it seemed that way.

What if Troy’s death had been planned for such a day and time when it was desired to carry out the act, which was 11 days after the 9/11 anniversary? The number 11 seems to come up quite a lot when we look at major events and a researcher named Rik Clay gave a fascinating talk about his research into this number and the events that appear to coincide with it. There are a couple of videos of that segment posted here. If the videos no longer work please email me as I have made copies. Also we are getting closer to next year 2012, which has been hyped up so much by various agents and puppets for the Illuminati. Many are hyped up in one way or another in order for something to be created by mass consciousness, and if the Illuminati have their way a great many people will be creating what they want. It’s not too late to turn this around, if enough people wake up.

As far as I can see the main motive behind the staged drama of Troy Davis’ sentence is an attempt to affect us all in very a sinister way. It wants to put a belief into our minds that even as a collective, we are not powerful enough to overcome their ruling, and it hopes to increase our overall feeling of spiritual disempowerment. This is certainly a rotten one they’ve pulled and thanks to the media whip up and drawn out length of this drama, that has been going on since 1989, it will be well and truly etched into our subconscious.

It’s hardly surprising to see this story end as it did yesterday, as we know they are working towards greater suppression of us. This continues to happen while we are hypnotically unaware of what they are doing and kept distracted with a million and one things being projected to us at the same time. It’s natural that those who are not close to Troy will soon be drawn back into their worldly cares and probably not think much more about it. But the symbolic action of even greater disempowerment within an unjust system has been planted to stay. But only until we wake up and become aware of the game being played for our control.

The truth is the power lies with all of us, as it always has done, and giving it away to corrupt govt and media is why we continue to create what we see in front of us. Not that we would deliberately create the situation that Troy faced, but by giving our power to those in charge of directing our lives, we are letting them do as they please to us. Once we see through the deception it’s not possible to respect people who are using us and treating us like commodities.
